The match played on 16 February,2012 was a historical one.Sachin Tendulker of Indian Cricket Team achieved his 100th International Century
in that match played between Bangladesh and India. The other interesting feature of this match was fabulous for Bangladesh.Bangladesh won by five wickets in that match. It was a great event for most peoples of Bangladesh. The peoples across the country celebrated the victory of Bangladesh Cricket Team over the Indian Team. However, people also greeted Sachin for his great achievement from the soil of Bangladesh. The world record in cricket has turned Bangladesh as the Blessed Land for Cricket. It is a joy for Bangladesh as the history of cricket will always mention
this country.Honourable Prime Minister of Bangladesh,Sheikh Hasina has felicitated both Sachin Tendulkar and Bangladesh Cricket Team for their respective achievements. She sent flowers and sweets to them to congratulate them.

Sachin Tendulkar was invited to Ganabhaban, the official residence of Sheikh Hasina, Prime Minister,Bangladesh on the 19th March,2012.Accordingly Shachin visited her residence at 0630 pm where the Prime Minister called Shachin as the Pride of the Sub-continent.She congratulated him for striking the world record of Hundred International Century.Shachin expressed his feeling to the press that the invitation of the Prime Minister was a great honour for him.
20 MARCH 2012
The match of Sri Lanka v Bangladesh was a very tense one.SriLanka played very seriously. They scored 232 runs in 49.5 overs.
Bangladesh chased revised target of 212 runs in 40 overs. Finally they reached 212-5 in 37.1 overs. Thus Bangladesh
is going to play against Pakistan on the 22 March2012 in the Final Match.
The morale and zeal of Bangladesh Team were wonderful.Heavy rain could not stop the Tigers from showing their mettle against the Lions.

The Final game of 11th Asia Cup Cricket,2012 began with a number of surprises.Bangladesh won the toss and chose fielding.Mohammad Hafeez and Nasir Jamshed were the first pair to strike from Pakistan side. Nasir Jamshed was out
with his personal score of 9 .The score of Pakistan Team was 16 at the time of his departure.Their team was under intense pressure from Bangladesh side.Younis Khan replaced Nasir Jamshed who soon went out of the pitch with only one run.Third surprise was the run out of Misbah-ul-Huq with 13 score and Team score of 55 for 3 wicket.
Pakistan Team played very hard and scored 236 for 9.On the other hand Bangladesh chased the score of Pakistan very cautiously and showed great perserverence to win.But they had to stop at 234 for 8.The gap of 2 was too close to touch Pakistani score yet it was very far from victory.Things could have been different if Bangladesh could gain another 3 runs.
Though 11th Asia Cup Cricket,2012 has gone to Paskistan, the final game was a great show of magical and dramatic
performance of both sides. The spectators of Bangladesh had high expectations. But in the long run they will understand that the players of Bangladesh Team really struggled hard to present the Bangladeshi people with an amazing gift.
